Pamela Grkinich graduated with honors from Bishop Noll Institute Class of 1973 and then attended Indiana University in Bloomington obtaining a degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Kelly School of Business in 1977. She then received a full scholarship from Western New Mexico University obtaining her MBA with a concentration in Computer Science in 1979. Pam was one of the first woman programmers hired by US Steel (1979) and continued her career there as an Operations Analyst, Performance and Tuning Analyst, ending her career there as a Manager of Operations. Pam then went to CNA Insurance (1989) and continued her IT career as Manager of Document Management and Imaging continuing on to Director of Document Management and Imaging for Group Claims. Pam won 2nd place in the Purdue University Northwest Business Plan Competition in 2005 taking the money she won to start a small consulting firm. She worked with many local companies in helping them with Business Process Re-engineering, Document Management, Imaging and scanning. Pam is married and has two adult children and is a welcome addition to our staff currently acting as our Client & Litigation Manager.
