Chad Kinley is a lifelong Lake County resident and proud graduate of Highland High School. After High School, Mr. Kinley went on to earn a degree in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University in May of 2019. Using his education and work experience which included working for the Town of Highland as the Deputy Clerk Treasure, Mr. Kinley has built a strong foundation in analytical thinking, financial strategy and problem-solving. Deeply rooted in his community, Mr. Kinley brings a detail-oriented and professional approach to his work with the Gladish Law Group which is grounded in integrity, reliability and growth. Mr. Kinley approachable style and strong work ethic makes him a trusted and respected presence both professionally and personally in the Gladish Law Group. In 2023, Mr. Kinley married his wife, Hayley, and together they remain committed to family, community, and building a bright future in Lake County, Indiana. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Kinley is proud to give back by volunteering as a youth baseball coach, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes, promoting teamwork and helping instill discipline and confidence both on and off the field.
