As we have all experienced, COVID-19 has changed how we interact on a daily basis. Videoconferencing has become very common in all businesses, including the legal field, since in-person meetings have been viewed as potentially unsafe and/or otherwise impossible due to CDC guidelines and emergency orders from all levels of government. Zoom which is one of the most popular and trusted video conferencing platforms is available for conducting virtual meetings between our office and clients. The legal team at the Gladish Law Group understands the need for social-distancing. We also understand that our clients need for safe and reliable access to their legal representation.
To ensure we do our part to keep our community safe as we help clients like you, our lawyers and paralegals are now available to meet remotely by video using Zoom technology. Whether you’re a potential client who needs an initial consultation or you’ve already been working with us for some time, we believe you will discover that Zoom meeting software is both simple to use and secure enough for even the most sensitive discussions. We can also send contracts, authorizations, discovery and/or pleadings that you can then sign by email by using DocuSign. This process of meeting through Zoom and using DocuSign avoids any concerns with in-person meetings and will also be very useful if distance between your home and our office is an issue. This does not mean that face-to-face meetings are not necessary or important during certain aspects of your case. This video and email process is just another tool we can use to represent our clients and help the process move as smoothly as possible for everyone.
If you have never used Zoom as a videoconferencing tool before, or if you’re simply in need of a refresher, our team is available by phone or online to help you.
